      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky went active on the 5th still not received my equipment was assured it would be here Friday &amp;nbsp;spoke to live chat Wednesday who have said there is nothing they can do system won't let them send me the equipment that I need to use there services so I'm at a complete loss on what an earth to do can't get through on phone and now live chat will not let me speak to a human&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
