Sky say I got 27.8 I've since checked more like 21.8 goes up on checking! 🤨

I meant what broadband package, not Sky TV.

If your line is showing as 27.8mbps then getting 21mbps on a speed test over WiFi is about right, you wouldnt expect much more.

Do you know what your guaranteed minimum figure is?

Okay so its FTTC and could be either up to 40mbps or 80mbps depending on your line. If your current figures are close to your minimum guarantee when you signed up with Sky, then not a lot can be done.
