Hello the broadband in my house has been terrible for the past months the area and the speed. Im not able to get internet access in the next room or upstairs in my home. Even the sky Q box in the front room is not receiving internet anymore. This has been an ongoing problem and is declining constantly. I have been a loyal customer for years and am paying for your services and am not receiving the quality for which I'm paying for. I'm hoping you can find a way to resolve these issues as even the app is saying the internet connection is fine when it clearly isn't. Thank you.
