topic Unable to use internet via VPN in Broadband

Main issue with Sky. You cannot use Internet via VPN.

Call sky and they will tell you it's a know issue and they are working on a permanent solution. A temporary solution can take up to 48 hours. If you say you need it faster, they tell you it could be 5 working days so they are being nice.

Then I am told that my request to get it fix faster is unreasonable. Apparently Sky thinks that selling a service that does not work properly is reasonable, but wanting the service to work is unreasonable.

Anybody knows how i can escalate this, please?

Thank you

This only affects certain vpn systems used for customers to work from home on what are sold as a domestic connections..
