I upgraded to Gigafast today. I've been told it will be activated by tomorrow but do the engineers work weekends? Just done a speed test and it not activated yet

just tested it as 463 Mb/s

Then no engineer is required. Sky will upgrde you remotely

Yes it will be done remotely but wondering when? Is it done overnight ?

Should be upgraded by now. Upgrades of this nature have taken anytime from 1/2 to 24 hours in the past. If not upgraded by early tomorrow drop us a reply here so we can escalate to sky
