      <title>Internet is not working - call back needed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have been paying for the internet since last Tuesday and have tried my best to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;online chat bots are sending me in loops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can I get a call back to sort this out as it is going to interfere with me being able to do my job after Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;currently everything is plugged in as it should be. Red light is showing on the sky box. (Note: I don't have a landline and don't want one)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you aren't going to get a call back: Sky basically doesn't do that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would be useful to know the background: is this a new connection at the address, a Home Move, a change of technology?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
