If the line is running slowky the app should offer more help.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If as I expect thst isxall OK the problem will be poor wifi in your home. Streaming video requires both sufficent speed and as importnat a signal free from interference. In many homescaxsingle Sky hub cannot deliver sufficent signal in every room due to the layout and how your home is built. The answer is multiple wifi sources. Sky sell an addon called wifi max which can supply up to 3 extenders see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or you can do as many people do and buy their own wifi kit and use thst.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
