Our internet has dropped out 3 times in the last hour. It did the same the other day. We have never had issues with the internet until we renewed our contract end of January. Is this the service I can expect now that I'm tied in for longer and paying more???

@Rockie92 line faults can happen at any time and oddly Sky dont send out engineers sabotage lines after customers renew contracts so it almost certainly just down to luck.

Run the connection checker in the My Sky app as that can offer to book an engineer to check your line if it picks up a fault.if it doesnt give Sky a call, and report the fault and they msybe able to get Openreach to book an engineer. Whether they can do thst will depend on the number of drops and whether the kit managing the connection can stabilise the connection without manual intervention.
