    <description>&lt;P&gt;On and off for 6 months now the internet keeps on dropping out and the box keeps being up orange lights. This has been on going, and keeps happening every other week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can a new broadband box be sent out in replacement of this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried to phone but cannot seem to get through, and every time we go onto the check my broadband it comes up as nothing wrong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Best option is to call Sky to check your line of you keep having outages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
