Connected devices not showing in MySky app

I've had my Sky broadband in since July and upgraded to be able to control individual devices via the MySky app. Never been a problem until now. Got the kids new Amazon Fire 10s, and they do not show in the app as connected devices so I am unable to put limits on them. They are showing when I login to the router via browser as connected devices. Below are screenshots of the app, the router settings, as well as the WiFi settings on one of the tablets.

Like this persons post my sky app is not showing longer showing connected devices so I cannot control internet access for my children which I upgraded for
