      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm waiting for delivery of my Router and noticed a lot of noise about VPN's and the Sky Max hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't think I was getting a Sky Max Hub as I told them it wasn't required, but my delivery info suggests that it's the Max Hub that is being delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I work from home and need to access a company VPN and now I'm rather worried!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky technical managed to reconfigure my router and it works fine now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They ask you to try a couple of simple config changes on your router first and if that doesn't work then you fill in a 2 line form and they will do it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
