You can get this fault if for example you set a fixed IP address on the console but not reserved it on the hub or you have the wrong gateway address or IP mask. Sky hubs default to 192.168.0.1 and tge mask should by 255.255.255.0&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi having trouble with my dhcp server on sky broadband.test my network everything is apparently fine.turned off the router .tested it again just to see with the router still off came back as everything looks fine...!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turned router back on everything is apparently connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch on xbox xs and get .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cant connect to your dhcp server&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset everything multiple times and still no joy any ideas...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
