      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to sign up to a 500 Mbps Fibre contract as a new user for the last hour. Have tried 3 different browsers but all I ever get is... "Sorry, we're having&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;technical difficulties Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later." problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'I can't offer you the online price, because &amp;nbsp;we are not online' is the answer I get, to which I respond: "But I am trying to complete it online, and your systems wont let me. All I want you to do is fix your 'technical difficulties' so that I can sign-up!"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a waste of time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
