topic NOW Broadband down in Broadband

Hello, has anyone been having issues with their NOW Hub Two or Sky Q Hub?

For the past day my internet has been down. I can connect to the broadband, but no internet was provided. I was unable to contact NOW or Sky as the broadband router is preinstalled in the apartment prior to my arrival many months ago, so I do not have an account for this broadband. This is the first time I've had internet issues with this broadband for this long, as such I was wondering if it's an issue that only affects my router or it's a local-wide issue.

To clarify, this issue is currently happening around Cardiff.

Its likely to be local to you. If you had access to the Sky account you could run a check which would tell you if it was a wider issue in your area.

Someone must be paying your Sky subscription otherwise your broadband wouldnt be working, or perhaps whoever was paying it has now stopped which would explain why your connection has stopped working.
