    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once again our broad band is running at less than 100bps. Can't game or stream due to poor speed. I know it's "a third part issue" but I pay Sky to provide it. I expect what I pay for not an excuse that it's someone else's fault. If I say someone else is paying my bill this month as you've not provided the service, you wouldn't accept it why should we? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;get a grip Sky..... get to the bottom of why the broadband service is so poor here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that but I feel the need to vent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i thought it may encourage others to join in from my area to gauge the size of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it always feels like it's just me when I call SKY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and, to be fair, I Had real issues with EE too so swapped to Sky ...... frying pan / fire ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;True.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its been off all day and is now running at a poor speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im guessing its an exchange issue and therefore down to Openreach but it doesn't change the fact I pay for a service that I don't get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
