Hi, I had OpenReach come to fit something in my house last week (not sure what it is tbh but it comes in through the wall from outside, and is attached to the internal wall, 4 lights on it).

since then my WiFi instead of being super fast like sky had promised, actually keeps dropping out. I work fully remotely and have been unable to connect to my work laptop for half the day.

I've tried unplugging, restarting, and all the tests on here which say everything is fine. Is anyone able to help? Doesn't seem so easy to report a problem and I have urgent work I need to do!

thanks, Ess.

That would be the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) for a Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) connection
