I work from home and everyday the internet drops when making video calls. It is affecting my ability to work from home.

It happens at least 5-10 times per day.

I don't find it acceptable that Sky cannot provide constant connection.

My sky broadband router is only 5-6m from where I work and all previous routers (Virgin, previous sky routers) have all worked perfectly fine.

Hi @marksims321321

Do any lights on your hub change when this happens?

Are you able to temporarily connect your work device via ethernet to see if the issue still occurs?

I've had a look at the router when the problem occurs, and it is not flashing and doesn't change colour from the white light on the front of the router, so nothing changes on it. I'm not really able to plug into the router because I can't take work call sitting on my living room floor.
