      <description>Since Jan 9 2025 broadband speed below guarantee and connection issues intermittently with Sky Q and Sky Q mini box. I have tried ALL the suggestions but no improvement. I just want to speak to a PERSON. How can I get proper help?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only got 17.7 broadband speed sky says that OK&amp;nbsp; when&amp;nbsp; min guaranteed speed 18.7 can get to speak to anyone&amp;nbsp; to sort it out. Second time had problems&amp;nbsp; first&amp;nbsp; sent&amp;nbsp; engineer&amp;nbsp; changed hub then OK can get yo speak to anyone&amp;nbsp; sky **bleep** when you want to speak to anyone&amp;nbsp; they don't want you&amp;nbsp; to communicate with them&amp;nbsp; when you have a&amp;nbsp; problem&amp;nbsp; make it almost impossible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
