    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the sky hub last Saturday, and originally it said activation on February 14th, which was a long enough wait, but now it is saying 17th Feb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is they just send out a router as no engineer is needed so I'm just looking for information on why this is due to take so long? Is there any way to speed the process up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The minimum lead in time is normally 14 days. It's not unusual for it to take a little longer. My son signed up to fttp on 23 November and it was activated on 17 December.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
