&lt;P&gt;No one will call you back. Sky won't know who you are anyway as your Community log-in name is not connected to any Sky account you may have. You need to periodically call Sky to see if there's a earlier slot due to a cancellation but the installation is determined by Openreach not Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
