Sky Q multi room and Mobile WiFi

If I have the main Sky Q box on or the one in the next room then my phone's WiFi works perfectly fine. However, as soon as I switch one of the multi room boxes on upstairs (I have two) it says there is a connectivity issue and both the Sky Q box and my WiFi on my mobile fail. This happens regardless of whether a box is on or off downstairs. If I switch one of them off then the other works.

This has only been an issue the past few weeks since contractors dug up outside in preparation for new sky ultra fast fibre broadband to be installed. That should have happened today, but the contractors had dug the wrong place and I could not be connected. The new router's signal was appalling even when using a booster, so gone back to the old router for now.

I have reset the boxes multiple times, moved the booster close to them, but the issues persist.

But I need this issue with the WiFi and Sky Q boxes upstairs to be resolved. Any help would be grateful.
