I have waited for open reach to do some work for full fibre why send messages that it's available when it's not

You need to clarify a bit more. Have you ordered full fibre? If Sky have said its available what says it isnt?

@Sunuy the service can be available in your road but runningthe cable to your home can be more complicated than expected. If you put your full address in the following checker and post the table with the first 3 lines of the notes after obscuring that reference to your address it should be possible to see the issue Openreach Checker
