If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we have reset the internet and sky box, as it went down last night. This morning it still is not working, when i run checks on your sky app it is saying the broadband is gold but it isnt working at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
