Storm damaged fibre cable to home. 10 days of back and forth with sky and outreach. Sky debying accountability and won't book an engineer to replace it (says they can't?) Other neighbours still have Internet. No logged outages in the area either. Who can I contact that won't read from a script and actually listen to me amd help me resolve the false report of an outage or get me an engineer booked
