    <description>&lt;P&gt;We moved to Sky early December and had great connection however over the last two weeks the internet keeps dropping connection to mobiles, xbox, computers, TVs, ring doorbell. Mobiles are having to use mobile data to get a connection whilst everything else just doesn't work. Router is showing a white light and all tests coming back saying there are no known issues, however something is not right as it keeps dropping connection. Driving the family mad atm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved to Sky in Jan 2025 and have same problems white constant light on but has dropped the WiFi a number of times, &amp;nbsp;worried as I work from home, may need to change broadband suppler It technician from Sky advised me to do this last week&lt;/P&gt;</description>
