Whether they can get Openreach to check the line will depend on the number of line drops you are getting.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Last year I upgraded my WiFi due to poor connection. It has now started to do the same thing, consistently disconnecting and I am unable to connect to the WiFi, watch tv etc. when I test via My Sky it says everything is fine despite the box having an amber or red light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
