Missing ont power cable

Hi, moved into a new property and the Ont box is missing its power cable. Does anyone know if I'm able to buy one?

I can't call sky as the mobile signal is so poor so hoping to get some advice here.

@emmajane2 you have to contact Sky to get one ordered from Openreach to get a new powercsupply. DO NOT buy a power supply yourself as if you damage the ONT younwill be charged.

I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
