      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;States my Internet/ Wi Fi is good but cannot connect to my work PC / cosy hub / phone etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get some sporadic use on tablets but that's it - something is not working correctly despite resets / turning off &amp;amp; on again numerous times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need some urgent help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sarah&lt;/P&gt;</description>
