I have no internet despite Sky diagnostics saying everything g is ok. Reading through various threads on here I tried all the diagnostics last night, and then left everything switched off over night in the hope it would reset by now. Still the same problem. On the surface, everything looks good, but I have no internet. I have to work from home today. Can someone please help?

If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Any Openreach visit that’s required is likely to be delayed due to the disruption from the recent storms.
