I work from home and was promised that my signal would be as good as it was before changing to sky. It is NOT!! My company initiated an upgrade to windows 11 earlier this week. I am unable to get a constant signal on my laptop. I need to make video conference calls and recorded calls via my laptop but the signal is cutting out every few minutes which is making this impossible. I have run the checks suggested on the website and have been told that everything is good but it most certainly is NOT! The IT team at work have fully examined my laptop and the fault is with the Sky router and the dipping signal. This is not the service I was promised when I signed up with Sky and I am less than impressed.
