    <title>topic Poor connection in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Poor-connection/m-p/4897454#M463312</link>
<description>I've recently joined Sky from BT and I'm already regretting it, I have a 100mbps plan which is more than I had with BT but despite going for a better plan I'm constantly getting a warning when I'm on Teams calls with work that my connection is slow and I should try connecting with my phone for a faster connection, the actual connection doesn't drop (hub reports A-OK), but people freeze or it had to reconnect, web pages time-out, until it comes back usually half a minute later. I get full speed internet until it stalls, then comes back full speed again. Trying their broadband checker, if it's the time it works, it comes back with 100mbps. There is only me in the house working aswell so it's not like it overloaded. Any ideas?</description>
