Openreach cables missing

Hi,

We've just moved into our new house and the previous owners seem to have taken all the wires to the open reach modem for the house. We have our sky broadband being installed soon but nothing to plug it in to. Any idea how I get these replaced?

You'll need to get onto Sky who'll arrange a replacement to be sent.

Just to be clear, is there an ONT but no power supply for it?

The ONT is the white box. Hopefully you've at least got the thin white cable with the green jack plug.

Hi, we have the white box which says open reach 'if moving please leave behind' and only a green jack plug going into the wall so we can't see what that's connected to.
there's no power plug and I'm not sure if we are missing any other wires.

It sounds like only the ONT power plug is missing.
