      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no broadband connection since Friday 24th January. My Sky app indicates that there is an outage in the Banbridge BT32 area. Is there any indication when the problem may be fixed as I need the internet for my work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
