While you could ring Sky to get a cable sent out you could go into any hardware store or most supermarkets and buy one. You dont need anything special. It plugs into the socket on the bottom of the ONT the other end plugs into yellow socket on the back of the hub marked 4 and WAN.

The Internet broadband app says it is OK but it isn't working we have tried to follow the apps help instructions. How ever our Internet doesn't have a delivery cable. We have the box on the wall where the fibre comes in and the cables are all connected and the box is powered on. The hub has three lights on green but the forth light on the right is amber

@Ryan_85

What do you mean by "delivery cable"?

Assuming you're talking about an SR203 Hub, if you have three green lights on then you have an internet connection. The forth light is for telephony.

Is this a new installation or one that's stopped working? I'm guessing not new if you have don't have the later SR213 Hub.
