Hello,

We've been having an issue with our wifi since day one in regards to the wifi signal to the kitchen.

The signal to the rest of the house works as intended however for example if I'm in a WhatsApp call in the kitchen the connection constantly drops and this issue is unique to the kitchen.

Would Sky be able to provide a wifi booster/extender which we could use to test if this improves the connection in the kitchen? We have called before and have completed all the necessary diagnostic checks and everything is fine apart from this kitchen issue.

Thank you.
