Thanks for your help and the good news is I have had a call from the contractors at for NBI and an engineer is coming tomorrow to re-rig the fibre cable.

So thanks to Sky for contacting NBI to arrange a fix. I just wish it was easier to arrange in the first place. I cannot go online with my Sky account as my Eir Code is not recognised and my account will not open , I cannot even see my bill .

Due to Storm Eowyn my fibre cable has been severed . I contacted NBI by email and they told me to contact Sky. I cannot use my Sky account to report anything as Sky Ireland does not recognise my eircode and they cannot resolve this. I managed to get through the message service on Saturday and actually spoke to a human being , he logged this issue on my account but told me to ring today, Monday.

After a 50 minute phone call to an Indian Call Centre in which I and the customer service girl both had difficulty understanding each other I am hoping she understands the issue. However I have little faith in this, I asked for an email or SMS to confirm this but have received nothing at this time.

Is there anyway I can confirm this with a Dublin based representative ?

Sky Ireland Customer Services are closed over a weekend but if you contact them today you should eventually get through but obviously thousands of customers will be trying to report issues due to the two storms over the weekend.
