    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my wifi connection drop many time its never happened before but last few days its &amp;nbsp;on and of many time some time i have to plug it off and then put back on. Any chance if engineer come and have a look pls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Following last week's storm there are probablyhundreds of thousans if not &amp;nbsp;millions of lines with issues You can run the service checker in the My Sky app to see if it offers to book an engineer's check. If it doesnt give Sky a call but I dont hold out much hope,unless the line drops are overc10 a day as Openreach are very busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
