If it's happening at the time you've posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the lines open, or it's happening during the day, you may need to contact Sky to report it.

Every day around the same time, my Wi-Fi seems to turn itself off and it takes hours for it to come back on.

I always have a green power a red Internet And a green Wi-Fi.
I have tested my broadband online and it keeps saying that everything is connected and there's no issues.

I've followed all the troubleshoot steps Including the reset button on the back unplugging it all and waiting and even pressing the button on the side which doesn't work because the lights don't change colour they don't go off they just stay on the same green, red, green and still I get no Wi-Fi and this has been going on for weeks now.

has anyone else been getting this issue?

If it is happening at 3.20 in the morning then it might be overnight maintenance that is taking place. Otherwise try running this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
