If you are using a direct Ethernet connection then there can be other issues like the hub having to deal with many connections simultaenously - it cannot prioritise gaming traffic - server congestion or in rare cases its a routing or line issue..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sky make no guarantees on latency for the simple reason most causes are outside their control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
