    <title>topic Poor signal in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Poor-signal/m-p/4892853#M462066</link>
<description>I have recently upgraded my broadband with sky it's now twice as fast I think 150 mbps so shouldn't have any issues but find myself switching WiFi off on my phone as its quicker and my partner is struggling as she works from home with WiFi dropping in and out and even downloading something to watch takes ages on sky q. Never had these issues with the slower broadband and we haven't changed the router just been told its speeded up and tied into this contract for another 2 years</description>
