If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here in Kemsing/Otford&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the diagnostics say that all is GOOD when not the case, all tests have been run/checked with router restarted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully Sky are on this now and confirm that this is the case here&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same here done all tests on line and all say everything is ok . Reset the router taken all cables put and put back in . No good&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Read on their website that they are aware of issues due to adverse weather conditions! But it is slightly annoying that tests show everything as good. Not much of test is it then ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im on the phone to sky now they are saying there and no known issues . I've explained it's covering a wide area- Orpington seems ok. They have escalated it to the network team who should have it sorted in the max time drame&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of 72 hours but last time this happened the advisor said it was sorted in 40 mins. Let's see&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
