Testscrun over Ethernet are morecrelisble or you can see the speed history in the service checker innthe My Sky app if you click on the link by today's speed.

Morning, First time user of this community messaging but getting whether fed up with my upgrade to Sky Full Fibre 100 broadband and I feel I am getting ripped off by 'Sky' ! Upgraded in December and not getting 100 Mb/s which I am paying for and had the modem replaced already. Not sure if I had to wait 30 days before by broadband connection reachers full speed( Mr Openreach said) so should I be contacting Sky as I am only receiving an average of 49 Mb/s !, thanks in advance 🤔

Hiya, thank you for your quick response, I have tried your option of the sky checker app and that is saying 53.3Mb/s I don't have anything done by Ethernet as all the devices in my property are accessed through wifi..
