Broadband delivery date

I ordered my wifi to come on friday 24th as thats when i will be moving into my mew flat. I recieved an sms today saying its on its way. I dont even have the keys until tomorrow and i have the day off work on friday to get my broadband. Anybody know if itll charge me if im not there to answer the door? I work fullyime so cannot make a call to them about it
