      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have similar issue, new router (white one), poor signal 10 feet away, ring chime loses signal, wifi drops out in room next to router on macbook .....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting to that level too, been online with sky engineer since 29 jan until today (they contacted me from my original question to you). &amp;nbsp;sent photos of hub connection to bb socket, front and back of hub etc, then speed checks on devices around house, resetting mini box etc. etc. &amp;nbsp;finally this morning they asked for phone and email for an engineer to call and now that discussion seems to have dissapeared completely (anyone any idea where I could retrieve it?) and I've had no contact by phone or email......&lt;/P&gt;</description>
