If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here, ran all diagnostics several times, sometimes comes up amber with "let's improve your speed", sometimes it says diagnostic service doesn't work. Probably something to do with the storm but I'm down in London, not that bad weather here yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Overall diagnostics seem a bit useless since by the end I am always connected even though I'm not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>same here, Twickenham service checker says all good but there is no internet logging into the router says dsl down, clicking connect does nothing restarting router doesn't help either</description>
