I just detoxification l switched to sky and none of my streaming devices will work as ip address is uk??

Can someone give me a fix?

Still in cooling off period so shouldnI cancel service?

I see its a widespread problem

@Kildare where this happens the best advice is to disconnect the hub for an hour which should give you anew IP address.

I called sky and they said it could take weeks!!!
