However one possble explanation is you have a booster or a Sky Q box acting as a wifi extender that is losing connection to the Sky hub. Have you moved the booster or the hub? In general boosters should be halfway between the hub and where you need the boost so if you have one try moving it closer tomthe hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
