If you have bought the WiFi Max add-on as sounds likely give Sky a call and tgey should send onecto you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have upgraded our broadband package this week and have a new router. The WiFi signal does not reach the full house. We previously used a sky booster box but this is not helping despite showing as being connected:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
