Is the booster still connected properly as that could be the cause?

I upgraded to sky Max 500 last week my signal on my Ring connections were a bit low so they sent me a pod. Seems to help the situation but last night my TV upstairs the signal dropped out and it kept dropping. I do have a booster connected upstairs but I've never lost total connection up until last night.

What type of booster is it? If its an older one e.g. not the same as the pod Sky sent you then thats likely the cause as the older ones are not compatible with the new Sky Max system

Yes I think it is an old one the lady connected it to the main sky Q box and she said that would work by doing that

If you've added a pod though I dont think it will continue working. I think you'll need to speak to Sky about getting a second pod to replace that older booster.
