      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3840121"&gt;@Jacqueline777&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;such a report would be effectively meaningless all it can show is periods when yiour hub is disconnected not why it was. &amp;nbsp;If you are concened about your service you can complain to Sky who will try to fix the fault if theyvare unable to provide a relable service they are likely to free you from contract so you can move to another supplier. However if as is likely the issue is the line being faulty the issue will move to any other supplier who uses the same line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
